• Personnel now carry one CD rather than twelve boxes of physical applications to every event throughout the state.
• Data is organized and searchable by applicant name, area, and county and can be transmitted easily by e-mail.
• Converted data for each county can be sent back to area offices, allowing them to go digital without any expense or work.
• Data can easily be updated and maintained in-house on a regular basis.

Project: Imaged over 40,000 title files averaging over 250 pages each, dating from 1996 through the present, emptying 2 offsite storage facilities and an onsite records room

• Provided secure electronic archive of all files, meeting requirements for corporate privacy and disaster recovery policies
• Provided easy access to historical files and ability to transfer information via e-mail, allowing staff to become more productive with current files and closings
