scanning. eLucida personnel remove all staples, paper clips,
etc. Everything in a file is scanned, including "sticky notes,"
photos, receipts, etc.
We work with you to determine the best way to name
("index") your documents with multiple search fields, turning
your "dead" paper files into accessible, usable information.
The cost is surprisingly reasonable. Pricing includes
pick-up and delivery; preparation, indexing and scanning of documents;
a simple search and retrieval tool on each CD; and secure document destruction.
eLucida also archives a copy of your data for disaster recovery.
